Whoa! Jon had a personality split earlier there, but I have to agree with him. There are other good bands in the run for those awards and I really think they deserve it more than LP, because these days it seemed EVERYTHING was always about Linkin Park. Chester and the boys should take a step down for now.

Not that I'm rooting for fuckin' Tokio Hotel ... I grew out of LP a long time ago. Other good bands are out today, Metallica, Coldplay etc. that deserve them.

^That's exactly my point. Only difference is, I never grew out of LP - their music grew outside the genre(s) I prefer the most and thus numerous other bands took the place LP was still holding some time back. It was bound to happen, and I don't think sticking to their HT sound would've helped them to win against Project 86 and other similar bands though. It's called musical growth guys, never heard of it?

well now i make my statement to this thingy:
LP really deserves the title as best headliner NOW because of the huge work they put into their show: all their intro and outro stuff and their steady changing setlists!
but in one or two years they won't be it anymore if they continue like that.
due to their schedule their live-concerts lose power and the rock-part its position during the shows......**
