Crawling - strictly limited numbered edition

On the "Crawling - strictly limited numbered edition" cover is in the bottom right edge a number. For example: If the number is 1111 you know that it is the 1111 DVD which was print/stamp/produced (or whatever) I think.

Does anybody know how much of this editions exist?

Because I want to know if my number is high or low (I don't have the 1111 ^^)

There is the normal Crawling single and there is a "strictly limited numbered edition" with another content. I got the Single today. I have bought it on the internet because I've read it's a collectible.

Edit: It seems to be rare because nobody knows something about it =)

Here are two pictures of my Single.

I know the quality is very bad but my cam isn't working actually. So I take this photos with my mobile phone camera.

Maybe someone remember now seeing it in the past. And know something about the number.

I know these CD.
It like the promo CDs, it's the "CD after the real CD"... like the second version of the "Numb" Single. I dun have the CD, but I know that they are limited. And I searched it and yes - There are only 5000 of it, my friend says. But if I hear other stuff, I'll tell ya.

First: It's a DVD, no CD lol

But if there are only 5000 of it then the number in the right lower edge doesn't show me which one from these 5000 I have. Bacause my number is 13666 ....but what does this number mean then?
