Downloading Music

Downloading Music, is it wrong (i'm talking about actual albums/Singles) I personally believe its o.k. to download music as long as you buy it, usually, I personally download an album(s) and months later buy the album if I enjoy it alot/listen to it alot, otherwise It usually just gets deleted, do you guys do similar stuff or what?

I mostly just download all from the internet. Sometimes, if I see a good CD somewhere, I'll buy it even I might have it on my comp already. That happens rarely though.

As a songwriter/musician myself, I support free music, though I'm hoping that someday, when I release an EP or album, people will also buy it.

I think it's okay. Most current bands starting their career on the internet and so they choose to bring up free music, like some on MySpace. If you download there it's free but after album release not anymore? that sucks.
But after all I guess it's okay to download records/singles becuz if I like the record, I mostly buy after awhile. So I have the original in my cupboard.

i think to pay for downloading music sucks , because usally u can download for free .. but when u pay money for some mp3 files u can actually buy the CD .. is much better to have the original cd (booklet, etc )not just some files.

the truth is downloading liscensed music for free is illegal. And honestly, that makes me a convict but who can resist?? and i hardly earn anythin

I download an album/song everytime I come back from work. Like right now, I'm downloading Lupe Fiasco's "The Instrumental". I'm a pirate. I use rapidshare to get shit. Thats how I role.

Lol, tracks that aren't available on Itunes are ok for DLing imo
but if you download music legally it'll cost you equally as much as illegally, i'm talking about the songs wasting away your bandwidth then

Oh gosh Urssession does that for artist to helping them get started and all...

Every time I personally buy an album after I already have the files but I want to own my files lol, and I want to own the cd booklets/art but yeah I've done that for like 30 CD's including like All of System of a Down's Album's, KoRn's album's, and slowly i'm chipping away at Nine Inch Nails album's.
