Styles of Beyond Released from Warner Brothers RecordsYesterday Styles of Beyond, who appeared on Fort Minor's The Rising Tied and worked with Linkin Park on Reanimation, were released from their contract with Warner Brothers Records. Ryu posted this message on the Styles of Beyond Central Forums: Good news is, as of yesterday, we're officially free of Warner bros. and Machineshop. we were able to walk away with full ownership of the album and are free to release it anyway we want. We have a situation on the table right now and are in the process of locking it down. So the album will be out really soon. i'll keep everyone posted as to whats going on and when to expect a release. Freedom...damn it tastes good peace-Ryu SOBCentral.com will have all the latest news as the group transitions back to the independent scene, and releases their long awaited follow up to Megadef, Reseda Beach. |
